Cafe culture to the toilet

The Attendant by Pete Tomlinson and Ben Russel, London.

A 1890's Victorian public toilet has been converted into a clean contemporary cafe.
The Attendant features the original installations which have been preserved and thoroughly cleaned, retaining the original look and feel the historical toilet while complying to a current day sanitary standards.

The old urinals have been converted into a small bar table, with a continuous wooden countertop that fits to the contours of the urinal walls, suggesting individual eating areas.
